i'm more of a kyb person myself. this is what we use all of the time in the shop and wala pa naman nagrereklamo sa durability and ride quality

If you got a bigger budget, go for BILSTEIN.

    If not, KYB will do.

bilstein starts at around 20T for the set. if you can afford it then by all means ok ito.

kyb is just as good in almost all respects but is less than half the price

    so sirs,

how about the fluid type KYBs? how can i determine if it is original and would it work perfectly on a lancer pizza.

I asked my dad to buy the gas type but he says it might mess the specs of the car... oh well. it is his money anyway... ;)

fluid type will give you the same ride as stock. in my opinion better parin yung gas kasi mas matibay ito and it can take extra load.

    of course, cheaper yung fluid.

either is ok as long as you get them from a reputable dealer para sure ka na di sila fake

    digit,

prices will vary per car depending on what type of suspension they have. fluids are typically 500-700 cheaper than gas

while the ride of the gas is firmer, this goes better with lowering springs than the fluid type shocks.

i remember kasi sa stock ng Honda (which is I think, fluid type), mas comfortable yung ride, nung nagpalit ako to KYB gas type, tagtag na, pati bilbil ko umaalog eh! hehehe!
