    For motorbikes.

Subjectively... this is down there with underglow and illuminated car emblems.

But let's say it's for the purposes of added safety, it still needs to abide by vehicle lighting standards. So, if it's for the front calipers, it can't be any other color but amber. And then, only red for the rear.

My personal opinion on car fads...

    For every "uso"

May college kid na may unlimited funds from the parents to buy parts
May first time worker na naka-ipon konti pambili ng parts

May late 30s (and older) na sa wakas naka-ipon din pambili ng parts

Later in life, mauuwi tayo lahat sa stock version ng pinaka-mahal na car na kaya natin bilhin.

What if the LEDs will be used to indicate the condition of the brakes?

    That would be very helpful

No more helpful than putting the Check Engine Light inside the engine bay.

IMO, if it's an indicator to actively convey the condition of something about the vehicle, it belongs on the instrument cluster.

    ... for cars?
    baka hindi cost-effective.

    hindi makikitah nang lubos.

    unless!

It's just bling, plain and simple. Whether you're into it or not, I respect you. But don't pretend that it's more than that.
