i think those are thermo-setting plastics. they may be repair-able. you just have to find the right guy.
but yes, everything is available from the casa.. you just have to have the money and the patience (waiting time, heh heh. those are slow-moving items and they probably do not stock them in their building..)
another possibility would be the cathay centers in banawe and evangelista..
