How often do you use your handbrake?

as i voted. most of the time if not always - depending on stop light
duration. - sayang ang batt and life span ng brake light.

parking? first gear only on level ground; with handbrake on unleveled surface.

buti pa sa pinas... ginagamit ang handbrake / footbrake.

sa tate, never ko pa ata nakitang ginamit ng mga officemate ko or mga kilala ko don.

which then leads to accidents like that incident when I was parked in a lot in CA and a car just rolled from one end of the parking lot to our end and hit the van we were in. I had my foot out of the door with the door open and it hit the front / left portion of the van just missing the door (and my foot)... that was sure a close call.

apparently the driver didn't use the handbrake and probably didn't even shift it into gear either.

everytime i stop the car (stoplight, non-moving traffic, etc), for me a way of preventing accident, lalo na kung tired na paa natin sa kakalakad.

basta nagpark ako and pag naka stop me sa red light.
