pare na-try mo na ba sa Cruven? Actually, I seriously considered having it repaired at Cruven pero wala ako nabasa na feeback if their work will endure. I've read comments from some that it felt like new after being repaired but I think that's just expected from something thats just been fixed. What concerns me more is the durability? I understand that cost is a major factor but having to go through the hassle of having it repaired again (and pay again) is also something.

I had a 97 Honda Civic VTi (vs your 2000) and had the shock aborbers replaced a few years ago. KYB or Showa is the OEM for the Civic's shocks. I had it replaced at PartStar along Taft Ave. PartStar supplies original and replacement parts for Honda, so you can ask them na lang which is it. A few years ago, it was P5,400/pair, so much cheaper than the casa price (kahit HamPart pa).

They also have a mechanic, Kado, who used to be from Honda service, so he is very good! He is still there as of now, and is chief mechanic na daw.

You may reach PartStar at 511-0446/0447, 831-9383.

Directions: From Makati, take EDSA heading eastbound/Roxas Blvd. Turn right at Taft Ave. (the street w/ the LRT above). It will be on your right a few hundred meters away. You won't miss it because of the big sign pag katabi mo na.

    Hope this helps.

bilsteins will be an excellent upgrade to the suspension. normally they run 6-8k per shock.
