Help sa kalampag at wheel alignment

Mga bosing I need your advise regarding my 99 Civic AT. My problem is may kalampag sa harap, we have it check sa honda mismo and they inform us we need to replace the ff: rack end LH & RH, Upper Arm LH & RH and stabilizer bushing 2 pcs (parang andami) and also I need to replace my front tires kasi pupod na (at magkaiba pa ang brand nung harap) and needs alignment may konting kabig sa left kasi e, since Im on a tight budget I only can manage to have one fix first, alin po ba ang dapat unahin? If I go with the tires and alignment first would it affect the alignment pag pinalitan na iyong rack end etc? .

fix the suspension parts first dahil it affects the tires and the alignment.
pag inuna mo yung tires, kailangan mo ipa align. and hindi pwede i align pag sira suspension parts mo.

pero tingin ko dapat hindi sa casa yan. mas mura sa labas bro....

tsaka mo na rin ipa align, pag nakabili ka na ng goma. sayang lang din kasi ang alignment, if ever.
