Front suspension problem

Last March 2005, I had my 4 shocks converted to gas through Zee's technology. The ball joints and tie rod ends were also repaired through injection of polymer. 8 pcs of stabilizer link bushings were replaced with new parts from Banawe.

After 2 weeks, a "kalampag" sound appeared on the front driver side. Sometimes meron, sometimes wala. This sound appears even when I'm not turning left or right. Kahit sa even surfaces.

Zee double-checked (even triple-checked) the suspension, but can't pinpoint the problem. He even reinstalled the whole front suspension to make sure that everything is in place.

Can someone provide a logical explanation on the problem or probably suggest a solution?

sir nagpalit ba kayo ng brake pads recently?

if yes, tingnan nyo yung parang clip (shims ba yun?) na kinakabit dun sa may mounting ng brake pads, baka hindi naibalik yun.

ganyan nangyari dati sa akin eh, masira na ulo namin kahahanap yun pala dun lang.

kung hindi dun, how about shock mounts?

bago po ang brake pads, installed last november 2004.

actually, zee ruled out the possibility na galing ang problem sa shock mounts. di daw kakalampag ng malakas yun. hinigpitan din nya ang rack & pinion to make sure.

anong sasakyan po kaya? isang possiblity rin is yung rack and pinion bushing, usually you would notice a very very slight "play" with the steering wheel kung kailangan na siyang palitan.
