Greetings po. We have a 2002 CR-V 4x2. I was wondering what tires are the best to replace the stock Bridgetone Dueler H/T's. I see that some of the newer CR-V's have Yokohama Geolandars as stock. Ok ba ito? How about ung Goodyear Fortera? Thanx!

the stock bridgstone H/T installed on the CR-V are the worst stock tires. even the people from other countries at Hondasuv swear against it. maingay sa daan di pa makapit.

If you want to upgrade ino new tires take into consideration what specs you want. do you want a road tire (H/T) or all season tire (A/T)

Pag H/T tires (highway Terrain) better upgrade the tire sie na rin to 215/70-15. Wider tires na tama lang diameter it wont affect your speedometer reading. mas gaganda pa handling.

Take a look at Dunlop RV501 215/70-15. around 2.2k yata isa nun.

Nabutas gulong ko kasi tumama sa semento, running too fast tas nadulas..my bad.

Supierreman, thanx sa recommendation. di panaman due for replacement pero i'll take note. pwede pala upgrade sa 215/70-15. sa mga naka-cr-v, what tire pressure do you use?

    onewaytrip,
8 seater/ 10 seater ba yung sayo? ganun talaga tire pressures nun for the added load. saka kahit bawasa mo hangin nun matagtag pa rin kase mas matigas spring rates nung pang 8seater/10seater

    caloyski,
yung nadulas ba na cr-v Manual tranny?

yes po, 8/10-seater ung amin. this morning i saw a gen1 rav4 with Bridgetone Dueler H/T spare tire, pero iba ung tread, parang mas pang-car, hindi katulad nung nasa stock Dueler H/T nung CR-V... hmmm... confusing... siguro mas bago (or mas luma?) na design un pero Bridgetone didn't change the name... or baka sa ibang country gawa...

does anyone know may certain types or models of tire ba na mas madali mapako?

as of now what's the best model of tire for mini suv? ok ba yung geolandar natin dito? tiwala kasi ako sa yokohama, lalo na kung japan-made. confusing kasi ang nomenclature:
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresults/surveydisplay.jsp?type=HAS(reliable ba ang site na to?)

Yung Geolandar HP na nakakabit sa bagong CR-Vs ngayon locally made yun. Yung Geolandar. grabe yang chart sa tyre rack nasa lowest part ng ranking yung Dueler :P

In my Experience when I switched to All Terrain Tires almost 2 yrs na isang goma pa lang napako.
