I'd like to know how useful ABS is to a car
ABS brakes is something you never know you need until you need it.

ABS is that ounce of prevention that is worth more than any cure (or car repair in this case).
Yes! You can be an expert in trail braking but in sudden emergencies, even the experts will lock their wheels. You need ABS
Yes because there would be an instance where you would be in a slippery road surface or avoid an incoming road hazzard. ABS gives you the advantage in preventing your wheels from locking up during hard braking.
