any good & reasonably priced shop you can recommend who can do the conversion?
this is a car my 3 brothers & i shared back during our college days. now that everyone has 1 or 2 cars already, it's like an 'unwanted' child it's already undergone a makeover (paint & mags) and i plan to have my wife use it for fetching the kids from school when i'm not available, but i tried driving it recently & that steering is heavy! selling it is not an option (its still a shared car) so i just want it to be "female-friendly." i'm from diliman area btw. will appreciate any leads. thanks peeps!

try cruven or zee... they repair power steering systems there so often i guess their expertise is enough to perform a conversion.
if your engine is anything like the ps equipped models, then it will be bolt on. tingin tingin ka sa surplus shops... pero bring a mechanic with you as you'll have no samples to show.
