Wanli and nankang were using here in U.S, somewhat they are pretty good tire. On the nankang 215/40/18 around $78.00 here, so its pretty much close on the price. Ask if tire installation and balance comes w/ that price.

    nankang would be ok.
you might also want to take a look at federals and gajah tunggal. kung pare-pareho lang halos ang price, i would recommend GT.

Had a bad experience with GT on my ex-car ('92 Sentra ECCS). In only a year, nagka-bukol 3 out of 4 tires. Nanghinayang kami kasi kapal pa ng tread.

Goodyear Invicta pinalit namin (OEM tire nung bago pa yung car) and it lasted for another 2 years until we sold the car.

the only comment i've heard is that madali silang matunaw -- i'm talking about the noname brands, *not* wanli or nankang which i've never used.

nakakatako lang nga minsan when you see PUJs/buses using china branded tires na me cracks sa sidewall...for some reason mostly(if not all) cracked tires i've seen are china branded

OT: i used to own GTs myself...bigla na lang pumutok while parked. the cracks were along the grooves of the treads, so i doubt if it were slashed, or if i ran over something sharp. pero tingin ko old stock ung binigay sa akin, kaya nagkaganyan.

depende yan. GT has been getting good reviews here too.
ako naman sa Goodyear NCT-5 mabilis bumukol.
ang pinaka bad experience ko sa tire is Kumho. bigla na lang sumabog while i was going 100 kph slex going to canlubang. muntikan na ko mamatay dun.

Wanli tires seems to be okey. Some friends of mine are using it for their sedans--comfort tires nga lang and not the size the TS mentioned.

Another friend used a GT for his pickup and complained of the "bukol" phenomenon. It was a Savero radial.

Federals and Roadstones (195/50/15) nakakabit ngayon sa isang sedan namin. Ok naman so far.

Another China-made brand that's been using in my wife's car is Cooper Zeon (195/60/14). Ok din naman.
