Brake and Steering wheel

Hello Guys,
Newbie lang me sa mga cars, i have corolla gli 97 a/t, i have two observations:
1. Pag apply ko ng brake may sound ako naririnig parang huni ng ibon, sa front side. Past weeks ok nmn pero nung kanina nag drive ako ng malakas yung ulan, the sound started...what do you thinks guys...
2. After nung pinagawa ko yung AC ng car, at parking i can feel the vibration of the steering wheel, which before wala nmn, only nung ginawa na yung AC. Pero pag tumatakbo na wala na yung vibration sa steering wheel.

Please help guys i need good suggestions.

Maraming ng thread na nadiscussed na ito dito just search it na lang for more answers...

1.anyway kaya may huni yang break mo sigurado nabasa ang lining ng brake mo since sinabi mo na umulan ng malakas. kung sa susunod na araw at mayhuni pa din na narirrinig pacheck mo ang rotor baka uneven surface na, have it surface grind para pumantay.
2. vibration might come from low idle when aircon engage, balik mo sa gumawa ng aircon baka hindi niya naibalik ang hose ng idle up or coincidence na nasira din ang idle up mechanism or actuator valve. pacheck mo na lang din.
