I also used bendix before at wala naman akong napansing dust, it was installed by servitek, di ko na maalala what type. There's another brand, also cant recall na nagamit ko na ma brake dust at maingay, i think it is because of the material used.

Life wise, di naman ata talaga tumatagal ang replacement vs orig. The best thing with bendix is it's availability and price, palit na lang ulit pag pudpod na, makaka 2 palit ka lang from orig, baka naibenta mo na tsikot mo by then

The newer Bendix General CT type brake pads does not need bedding in and not much dust ...

Pansin ko Bendix doesn't get too much love dito sa tsikot, although wala rin naman masyadong haters. Hehe. I have been using Bendix for the longest time at okay naman siya. You just need to bed it in properly. The only thing why I am looking for alternative is the brake dust. Not sure though kung dahil sa slotted rotors ko kaya din madali mag-build up ng brake dust sa mags.

Bro ang solution ko sa brake dust ...

i had my pads replaced a few days ago.
the mechanic used their specialized, home-made tool, to push the cylinder back.
and since i had never topped off the reservoir since new, none spilled, and i did not have to top it off after the new pads were installed.

Kung ayaw mo yung sa casa, Bendix or Ferodo would do. Don't buy RSpec at Powerplus.

I will opt for Hi Q, Korean made sa parts pro meron para sa Ford ecosport.
