also another shop i've had good experience with in paranaque is pitworkz by hongly also along sucat ave. katapat ng wilcon builder's depot siya. dapat din agahan mo kasi dinadayo iyan siya tulad ko

    Hi sirs,

Any other brake pads na pwede marecommmend? Add nadin po, what will happen if hindi refaced ang rotor?

kung nagkaroon ng grooves sa rotors it needs to be refaced... nung nakita mo ba rotors mo nagkaroon ng grooves?
do not buy cheap brake pads, your life and other peoples lives depend on your vehicle stopping at the right time and distance...

bihira lang naman palitan brake pads, so buy a good one.
also use a good quality brake fluid from known manufacturers.

just a thought, brake pads will squeal when its already thin (to signal you need to change it, before it scrapes your rotor), unless your previous mechanic cut or removed the metal indicator in the brake pad...

mura lang magpa reface ng rotor... just make sure na matinong machine shop gagagawa, kasi pag hindi, hindi pantay yung run-out ng rotor, mas lalong iingay at magkaka problem.

bendix is already a good brand. baka mali lang yung naibigay sayong part kaya hindi kasya....
if you really want compatibility and performance, OEM ka mas mahal nga lang...

    Questions:

When should i add the break fluid? When its on low level only or it is possible to add in the medium level...?

    difference of DOT 3 & DOT 4?

Is it possible to mixed them? Because i forgot to ask the mechanic which brake fluid did he add durings pms..

    Edit:
The brand of brake fluid is not stated on the manual. So, in this case, what brand can you recommend for me to use?

    Thanks

i just keep the fluid level between the two lines.
the manual should indicate the type of fluid, po.

Any off-the-shelf brand is fine (Prestone, Bendix, etc.). I usually buy the Bendix fluid. What is important is you dont mix DOT3 and DOT4.
