August 10th, 2017 09:07 AM #1Hi,
Would like to know if anyone has experienced an uneven wear on the rotor similar to:
https://rennlist.com/forums/attachme...c_0255_256.jpg
Things done:
1. Resurface
2. Guide pin cleaned and greased
After a week bumalik sya sa dating condition and sa front passenger side lang ang affected. The other side has even wear. The pads themselves seem to have even wear as per the mechanic so hindi na nya pinapalitan.
Thanks in advance!

Seems you already corrected the problem...
Ano pa po gusto mo i clarify?
As long as hindi bumalik yung uneven wear in a few months okay na yan.
Isama mo na lang sa pms schedule mo to clean brakes every 10,000 km para laging nasisilip condition nyan

May rotors din na prone to warping talaga. Pag warped na, if you have it resurfaced, eventually babalik din sa dati.
Also look up "cementite". That is what happens when part of the rotor becomes harder than a different area.
Warping can be caused by abuse (riding the brakes downhill, frequent heavy braking) and the quality of the rotors.
I replaced my daily driver's warped oem rotors with DBAs. Hopefully these are as good as advertised.
