I need Bilstein shock absorbers for my ride front and rear. Preferably longer stroke with 70mm lift in the suspension.
If you know someone selling this brand kindly post his/her contact number. I will try to contact it as soon as possible.
Thanks!

your present lift is 50mm right?
if you plan to increase the ride height further i suggest that you do the following:
-get an adjustable panhard rod front and rear
-sway bar extension bracket
-longer bump stops
-drop down pitman arm
-drop down a bit your tansfer case to releive driveline angles.
hope this helps.
I would have wanted the 100mm lift advantage, but there will be more problems arising after the lift.
Like the items that you listed, there is no available adjustable panhard rod sold locally. Either they will use my existing rods and modify it with weldings or I import it from Aussie land.
With limited time available, I will just opt for the heavy duty coils and hopefully an additional 20mm lift. :D
I might consider the longer bump stops if ever I find a store selling them. :D
ARB::: What is the normal stroke extended and/or compressed OME Nitrogas shocks? 8-10-12-14 inches?
ssaloon::: Thanks!
i dont have the specs, but i initially know that OME's have longer travel than OEM by a minimum of two inches. if you cant find a shock absorber for you needs you can always put an adapter to lengthen your existing shock absorber. why dont you opt for the OME LTR shocks, they have an oil reservior for hard offroading and long travel advantage.
UNGAS-
I think there's a distributor sa UP Village. may nakikita akong gate dun na may malalaking Land Rover and Bilstein stickers. I plan to go there to ask kung meron available for the Vitara na shocks and coils set pero wag mo ako asahan kasi wala pa naman sa priority ko pumunta dun... wala pang budget eh. hehehe!
I could only give you directions...
crawdaddy::: Thanks! But I don't have that much time I have on my hands, I need it desperately today. I will have to contact Kits and ask for his distributor na lang. :D
if ever our going to transhow, andun si autoxer same booth sila ng bilstein, and maybe get a transhow price :D
That's why I need it urgent. :D
Anyway, thanks guys for all the contact details.
If I could only borrow a winch to test the coils weight limit... hmmmmm :P
Pero yung likod saktong-sakto lang the ride is soft yet firm on humps and bumps. Mas gusto ko yung yata set-up sa rear coils to match it with 5100 series of Bilsteins.
did you change the coils already? or it is the same meduim weight coils. ano part no shocks mo front right now.
ARB::: The front has extra heavy duty TJM coils matched with the common yellow and blue canister Bilstein shocks (forgot the part number what it was). While the rear has heavy duty TJM coils with 5100 series Bilsteins (silver canister).
I might have to change the front coils to heavy duty. Imo, it's too stiff for comfort driving within the metro. :?
ah ok, i thought you still had OME on your ride. did you try the OME shocks on your new springs?
try mo na lang to put a winch it may soften a bit. or put a ballast that will mimic the weight of the winch first so that you may know the result to help you decide to change to different spring setting.
eto yung nakuha ko sa transhow:

may dala silang bilstein shocks at k&n filters
I tried the OME shocks on the new front coils, ride was lowered 10mm. It is a bit wobbly for the coils. The extra heavy duty was really meant for GU patrol series. Too stiff, imo.Originally Posted by ARB
We also tried mounting a 9000lbs. winch infront with Bilstein shocks. I didn't also help to soften those stiff springs. I have ordered heavy duty shocks in replacement for the extra heavy duty ones. Hopefully it will arrive on Monday and install it the same day as it arrives from Aussie land.
Yup sinabi mo pa. I was hoping to find the other customer who had heavy duty coils on his GU patrol. Maybe I could swap his coils for mine. Man! I tell you, I would have wanted those extra heavy duty if my ride was mainly used for offroading. :DOriginally Posted by kimpOy
