Of all the known tire brands ano ang mahal?

So of all the known tire brands ano ang mahal? In my experience it's Bridgestone.

Agree ba kayo or it depends on each shopping experience? To the tire experts out there (maski na hindi experts pero vast or rather malawak ang experience or exposure sa pag shopping ng tire) ano ba talaga ang mahal na tire? And what made it expensive?

Sa pag oown ng sasakyan sa experience ko Bridgestone talaga ang mahal at inaattribute ko iyon sa durability ng gulong. Pinaka panget sa akin ay Michellin sunod Goodyear.

Bridgestone use by Ferrari In Formula I. Mickey Thompson use in Off Road and drag racing, Toyo Proxes use by expedition , Yokohama ADVAN use in drag racing. May be expensive but its worth for the money.

I've been a Bridgestone user for a long time. Sulit naman kasi talaga ang goma nila - be it a cheap touring tire (Turanza GR-80) or a ultra-high-performance radial (S-02 Pole Position).

Name-brand tire manufacturers are not immune to making bad tires however. Anybody remember the infamous Yokohama S306?

Toyo tires are kind of pricey as well but it really depends where you buy them. Buy them from the distributor and they're expensive, but buy from tire shops and they can be relatively affordable.

Nowadays the really expensive tires are Yokohama's ADVAN Neova AD08s. For a 195/55R15 tire you'll have to shell out PhP6,500. It's not comfortable and its 180 treadwear rating is pretty low, however it's one of the grippiest tires you can buy, period.

From tire tests done by magazines here and abroad, Goodyear is usually the wet-weather specialist. They may suffer in the dry vs. other brands, but in the wet historically they've been the best performers.
