Earlier this year was the Chinese New Year promo. That had 20% off on parts and service.

^^^ How many liters of CVTF did they use? Parang casa din presyo ng CVTF nila. How about the gear oil? It should be changed together with the CVTF.

Regular drain-and fill lang sir. They have used 4 liters of Motul multi-CVT fluid. My XV is still at 40k km, casa advised me that gear oil should be replaced when I reached 60k km. So di ko muna pinalitan.

Consulted Fusion R and they use 6L of CVTF for the usual drain and fill.

I contacted Fusion R before also and was quoted with 6L as well. However, I'm from the south, so mas convenient around Paranaque area lang and members from Subaru Forester XV and XV PH suggested QuickStart. I've talked to their mechanics and they have done XV's before and 4L lang pag drain and fill.

I observed the whole process and when they refill the CVT fluid, nag-overfolow na after refilling 4 liters of fluid.

I might just bring my FXT to them for my CVTF change as I am from BF Homes. I can bring my own fluids and just have them do the drain and fill. My FXT has already reached 30k km.

Quickstart also offers Brembo brake pads.

I can hear "ugong" sound when I'm traveling starting at 60 km/hr. When I accelerate at 80 -100 kph, lumalakas yung ugong. Pag city driving wala naman ugong. I was thinking baka wheel bearing? Can you help me with this problem? My unit is XV 2013 model.

Most likely the wheel bearings need to be replaced. Have it checked sir.

Have tire alignment checked first ... if it's a bearing problem, there should be sound even at low speeds ...

Like a lot of you here, the casa recommended replacing the bushings on my XV. To be fair, I do think it's due.

Parts list on the quotation are:
    2x Bushing arm F F (small)
    2x Bushing arm F R (big)
    2x Rubber bushing stabilizer
    2x Stabilizer link

The estimated labor cost is... let's just say unappealing.

So, should I just buy the parts from MI and have it done outside? If so, any recommendations for where to have it done? I'm from the south, so I'm hoping for somewhere in Paranaque, Las Pinas, or Alabang.
