Hi folks, I just want to ask what is the insurance option that the owners here availed of...
I was told there are 2 in-house companies:
1. Mercantile
2. MAA
Honestly, I haven't heard any of them.
Should I pick one of them? Which one? or go with Generali-BDO?
My CR-V was insured with People's and I never had problems with claims, ever. I want the same experience pa din sana.
Please advise.
TIA

I'm also searching for MAA pero wala rin akong makitang info/comments/feedbacks.
Any tsikoters here na may experience sa MAA would be a good help.

I will now answer my own question based on fact and experience.
I went with BDO Insurance, which brokered the deal to Prudential. I was surprised hindi ipinasok sa Generali.
Two weeks passed since I got my car and my windshield was hit by a nut along NLEX and was cracked (as big as 5 centavos).
Dealing with BDOI is a PITA. I paid the insurance in full (that's fine by me) to make a claim, BUT they still debited the 2nd installment from my account. Up to now, di pa nila binabalik.
It was only on December 22 that they gave Motor Image the go signal to work on my car.

Yesterday was even more sakit ng ulo because I was billed P5,440 for my participation fee, when my policy stipulates P2,000 lang. It was corrected but I wasted half of my day at Motor Image.
It was too late when I found out na may Malayan palang in-house ang Motor Image. It could have been better, perhaps.
ps.
Di pa din bumabalik yung double debit ko!
