This one looks nice! Have you guys seen the base model? Cos we’re in a dilemma between XV 2.0 or 2.0i and CRV diesel but heard CRV is underpowered. My parents are kind of unhappy with the 2.0 engine plus it’s a gas. Then the maintenance of subaru is higher. Hope you guys can help!

130HP / 300TQ on the CRV is not underpowered.

The old Fortuner had 102HP and 241TQ, and the only ones who complained of it being 'underpowered' were those who wanted to regularly go above the legal speed limit.

The XV has 150HP / 196TQ... means the CRV will have more pulling power from a stop.

Plus the CRV interior is WAY bigger than the XV's...

CRV should be compared with the Forester.

Ahhh i really dont have ample ideas re the hp/tq of cars. I just read the comments in ************ with crv 7-seater diesel and its hp is low. Thanks for the input! Btw, how’s the fc of xv city drive? 8-9?

Thank you! How is the fuel consumption of the XV? Also, im kind of worried with the PMS since it’s kind if pricey. Do you have any idea how much it costs at 40k km?

^ hahah very true. bile ka ng high performance car like they claim to be, mabilis na hindi magamit sa traffic. tapos masisira sa traffic kasi hindi ma-maximize ang parts. tapos papalitan mo ng mamahalin parts.

Subaru is like highway robbery here if one will consider the monstrous traffic we face everyday. tapos gasolina pa, gasoline engine tend to deteriorate faster sa bumper to bumper traffic

talo ka all sides. di pa kasi mag diesel Subaru eh
