For those who have 2018 XV, have you installed a dash cam? If yes, were you able to place it behind the rear-view mirror?

There seems to be a big sensor behind the rear view mirror. So, I am not sure if there is space for a dash cam.

I always assumed there's no waiting time after the initial launch at least based on the FB post of Subaru Commonwealth, parang ang dami nilang stocks e haha

The Weathertec is very expensive. *Stockengine recommended Shark and Hippo but they don't have pre-cuts for the XV. Bummer, really.

I have one question about fuel. I was assuming (as others have said multiple times here) that the XV needs 90 RON or higher and that only turbo engines need 95 or higher. My SA said all Subaru cars need 95 or higher. So I then checked my manual and here's what I saw:

So is my 2018 XV considered an "Australia" or "Other" model?

FB20 engine of Subaru requires 95 octane ... you're not in Australia ... so ...

ah the 2.0 has the higher compression pala. nice..

i think your unit falls under "other"

I would use 95 if I have a fleet card..

93 might be ok... 91 i dont know...

My wife got her dark blue 2.0i last night. Gas station ang first stop namin and syempre binangga kami agad ng inattentive lady driver while we were in line sa exit Buti na lang doon sa corner plastic molding tumama so very small scratch lang from the plate bolts. Nabinyagan agad amp.

Full tank of V-Power was 2950php as the gas warning light was already on.

The stock sound system sounds weak. Will try to tweak the settings.

Went to LA Auto and had a reverse cam/DVR installed this afternoon.

My wife did not have any issues transitioning from her Gen 2.5 Vios and she was driving it solo after a few mins of familiarization with the controls. The XV is bigger but the good sight lines make you feel like you're driving a smaller car. Gas and brake pedals are easy to modulate. Steering is light. So far so good

driving nowadays require brake checking the car behind you.. and then spacing your car further. i assume 100% of drivers behind me use their phones...
