Mr. Big meant you should have tested out the speakers before buying. In car audio speak, audition is to hear/try out audio gears.

By the way, have test-driven the Forester XT? Or have you ever considered it?

I figures that's what he meant (context clues) but like I said I'm not an audiophile. I can't discern between good and better speakers unless it's really a crappy one so I didn't bother testing. As long as I can hear the umph in the sound then I'm good

I did not consider the Forester XT because it's way out of my budget after analysing my finances. And as you know, its looks is not for me.

Does anyone have any all-weather digital-fit mattings recommendations that are purposely cut for the XV?

inquire with shark ph. they have the best fit in my opinion. weathertech and hippo have good fit but not as good as shark floor liners. be sure to ask if driver side has mounting points.

I called Shark PH earlier and they said they don't have pre-cuts for the XV. You might've missed my reply on the other thread where I quoted you.

Same with Hippo, I called GW2 trading and they also don't have anything for XV. Although I don't understand why Subaru XV is listed under the Hippo Techmats availability section of CarParts PH. I messaged them but yet to receive a reply.
