I don't know why I thought that CVTF is the same as engine oil. Sorry.

You should check your manual, car manufacturers now have their own specified blend for their trannies.

Yeah, I will as soon as I there's already an OR/CR. My car (and all its documents) is still in the casa. I should've brought the manual with me when it was released last Sat.

Worry about the CVTF once you are near 45k km. Motor Image is suggesting a CVTF change on the mileage, not on the age of the vehicle.

Subaru has a specific requirement for CVTF and there are a lot of discussion about this in global forums. What I do know is that the CVTF change requires 13L. The CVTF for the WRX, FXT, and Levorg 2.0T requires a different specification due to its higher torque (400Nm) requirement.

My OR/CR is now available and the car is ready for pick-up The whole process started last Nov. 2 so mukhang totoo nga yung pagpapa "rush" ng SA ko, hehe.

Eto nga ginagawan ko na ng paraan kasi nasa work ako, lol. Tapos umuulan pa, sigh. Kapag naulanan ba ang car, do I need to have it car washed kaagad kapag tumigil ang ulan? Tinting is scheduled this Sat and cermaic coating on Monday pa.

I don't have the luxury of washing my cars weekly. During this rainy season, I have them washed once a month. Hehehe

Wag masyado maging OC sa kotse. It will get wet by the rain, splattered with mud, covered by dust, and all the other stuff nature will throw at it.
