Hahaha

Same kung may sponsor sa XT, I'd go for it too.

I see the XV as the cheapest AWD vehicle with good ground clearance that I can get with all the safety features I want. Ano pa nga ba masmurang AWD with good ground clearance dito? Jimny lang ata? hehe

Some useful info - the forester is boxy so bigger trunk and leg room at the back compared to a cx5. Form is bland and old and more compatible with the taste of older generations (like me). Safety features are unquestionable and the badge is reliable.

Good to know your experience has been good so far.

I still have the forester on my list but I like the idea of a newer platform on the XV kaya dito ako bias, but depende sa deal na available by the time na ready na.

The PMS cost, according to the sheet I posted a few days back seems relatively okay... just need to prepare for those CVT fluids hehe

Haha I'm not too tall at dalawa lang naman kami lagi so okay lang siguro, pagmasikip ang headroom buksan nalang sunroof
If space is a major factor for me though, I'd likely end up with a PPV.

Jimny is 4wd, not real time awd. Honestly, I prefer using the jimny when going on ascent or on rough roads. Probably because I am confident it will cost less in terms of parts. I have the ecosport as well mostly driven by the wife for city destinations. I like it for its ground clearance. Never looked back on sedan since I almost got swept by habagat near the mayapis creek at Buendia area. Jimny saved me and my family on that day.

If this will be your first car, I suggest to follow PMS and dont so it outside casa during the duration of the warranty. Cost would be a bit expensive but that goes with the brand. Parts could also take time to procure so if this is going to be your only car, think twice.

    Thanks for the warning
How good or bad is your experience with maintenance on your forester aside from waiting a long time for parts?

Small size vehicles has its advantages in manila traffic and tight parking spots. Sa malls, you can climb the gutters and have your own "special parking" slot. That is one advantage of the XV.

    Just sharing.

Outgoing XV 2.0i-S SRP P1,538,000 has a good discount. Downpayment is 68k only based on 30% instead of 461k.

You may text my SA 09052514956.

Sayang eh. Sa mga hindi makahintay sa bago.
