500+nm torque ba naman. Kung may 5th gear pa yan, siguradong sisiw pa rin. Idol talaga si sir G01 pagdating sa strada mods.

astig talaga si GO1, matulungan mo rin sana ako sa balak naming cover sa tow hitch receiver ko. i've been searching for a company who can engrave metal but to no avail. project namin ito nina LR at Bigblock. kapag natuloy ito pwede nang mag avail ang mga BOSB's na may tow hitch receiver. I got this idea from the setup of PolPol. Yung Harley Davidson cover nya. President, pwede rin nating gamiting pang fund raising ito. here are the images, sorry mahirap i-3d ang strada natin puro curves kaya humugot na lang ako ng ibang 3d image ng pickup:

as it is, ok na ang porma pero ako gagamit ng bug deflector i would use a smaller and simpler one, the one that bigblock and tp use. 2,500 lang yata sa banawe.

i retained mine. depende sa use talaga kasi. ako gusto ko sana tanggalin pero i retained narin. parehas tayo ng deflector btw

Hirap niyan pag metal hehe...kailangan ng male and female molds para sa stamping process. Sa China marami gumagawa niyan pero quantity of orders has to be high para maoffset yung cost ng steel molds.

Puede rin cast embossed resin then painted or flat metal sheet tapos lagyan ng logo sticker then apply top coat to protect the sticker.

Ok, naisip ko rin na resin na lang din, i think mas lower ang cost. sir GO1 baka may ma refer kayo na company na pwedeng mag mass produce. i have the dimension and design already.

Dyno result of the Injectors Performance chip.........
It have 5 micro chip and a micro selector for 1 to 16 preset program.
1 to 4 is use for stock
5 to A is use for turbo upgrade 35 to 45 Psi
B to F is use for turbo upgrade 50 to 60 Psi


Gain from stock is
Corrected HP is plus 78 (209HP) - 131 stock HP
Engine Hp is plus 76 (206 HP) - 130.1 stock HP
Wheel is plus 67 (156 HP) - 88.9 Stock HP
Torque is plus 172 lbs (517 nm) - 345.1 nm

In the graph you will see the smooth transfer of power. This chip increese the injector pressure to give you an optimum performance.

One wire needs to be cut to open the boost cut control and the power to be tap in the ignition.

Kung hindi engraving baka pwede yung naka-molde? Parang belt buckle? Baka kailangan i-outsource ito sa Thailand or China?

Baka pwede din na resin na lang or something more sturdy?

I think meron foundry sa Rizal Avenue, Caloocan bandang 3rd - 5th Avenue. Yung molde na lang.

CNC ba kamo? umorder na si bigblock! ok ang sinuggest mo atty, dual purpose! sa mga walang tow hitch receiver eh gawing belt buckle na lang hehehehe.
