Thank you for the compliment, sir Sael . Do you manufacture and sell D-shackles? I need two of those. Diameter of the hole is 1/2". I don't know if 1/2" diameter pin can handle a maximum load of 4 tons. I can make the holes bigger to accomodate larger pins.

you mean sir you need a set of shackles? a pin and the U? and the diameter of the pin is 1/2? sir baka alanganin sa 1/2 mas maganda siguro 5/8 sir.... and i dont make shackles sir, actually my stock of shackles ay galing pa ito sa mga machines that we installed last year. at di ko pa alam kung saan ito nabibili, but for sure marami yan sa binondo...anyway magtatanung ako kung saan makakabili nyan sa supplier ko. me mga shackles kasi na pang decorative lang, and as i see you need the black shackle high cap shackles..

After more than 2 weeks of cutting, welding, and grinding, I finally completed my project of making the steel bumper yesterday night. Took these pictures a while ago. I am still awaiting for the set of foglamps from Jeff Offroad House. Hopefully it will be available before this weekend.

I don't quite remember exactly how much I bought them but I think the set of four is 38K. These are the polished Dick Cepek rims. Chrome finish DC rim is more expensive.

Thanks for replying regarding the shackles, sir Sael. I was also told na meron daw nabibili sa mga hardware stores. I will soon try to look for them there. Noted na baka hindi sufficient yung 1/2" diameter. Baka nga mas maganda 5/8.

Meron sir, just PM mdksael or bigblock. Sila ang 'licensed fabricators' ng TSCP. Same lang naman ang kabitan w/ the earlier model.
