As officers of TSCP, we should follow the rules and regulations imposed on and off the road. Tanggalin ko for now yung aftermarket foglamps ko... if ever magkaroon ng implementing rules for an exemption, then that's the time na ibabalik ko since I need them for my monthly trips sa Baguio.
