1)nababasa ko dito na since ONE PIECE yung bumper and MITSUBISHI LOGO at the front of our Strada- there is a need to "saw off" the bumper to retain the Logo at the front grill for ARB type bullbars---is this the same for the 2010 GLS? Can you install these type of bullbars without sawing off the bumper?
2) what happens to the existing projector lamps when you do install these type of bullbars? can they still be installed on the bullbars or discarded/resold na yon?

November 5th, 2009 12:51 PM #769Hi sir, first of all, we have to differentiate bullbars from bumpers. Yung arb that you are referring to regarding cutting the bumpers are arb bumpers, so talaga you have to cut the bumpers of your original ones. Originally Posted by balrunner

bullbars are in front of the bumpers, so if bullbar ang reference ninyo, then you don't need to cut the bumper, just make sure it doesnt interfere with the sensors for the airbag.

yes sir, for the old version it is connected to the front bumpers, we call it the mount fuji....however for the new version, the grill is now in one piece with the logo and it is separated to the the front bumps....which means that the ARB steel bumpers can now be installed without cutting parts of the front fascia...the only part that would be sacrificed in case you pursue to install the ARB bumps is the front fender flares....you will need to cut the part that is connected to the old bumper...

I have no experience about the projector headlamps....But knowing that it totally fits just like the OEM headlight in the old bumper.....I don't see any reason why it should not fit in the ARB bumpers for the strada.....

November 5th, 2009 06:41 PM #771Mga BOSB if original yung ARB totaly walang cutting............................but some installer they cut the lower portion just to hide it because the stock bumper is bigger that the ARB.
