Hi Sir LR,

Ask ko lang yung biggest size of tire na ma accomodate ng strada natin na walang need for modification na walang sayad when doing a full turn? my strada is GLS 4x4 2.5AT and still using the supplied 16"mags.

for the stock 16x7" GLS mags sir...sakto dyan ang 265/75 but depende din kasi sa kapal ng spikes ng brand na pipiliin mo...kasi ako nun 17" stock mags gamit ko...tapos mickey thompson tires medyo may beso pero very minimal lang as in dinaanan lang that size was 265/70 naman...pero any other brand siguro can fit well kasi maliliit lang ang spikes nung iba....pwede rin 275/65 or 70...

if you want na tumaas naman ng husto yung strada mo ok rin 235/85.. pero medyo makitid lang sya..

IMO sir ok lang yun...kasi yung 17" na stock ng GLS 7" lang din ang lapad eh...ok naman ang fitment...

PM mo ko sir kung decided ka na....I'll give you a tip on getting a set of those for a cheaper price...

Kung singhaba sana ng Animal Edition or GLX-R ang rides natin. Yun nga lang, medyo mahirap na mag-park.

i can see the potential... but the looks of the Extended Cargo Bed makes it look a tad more like the kariton and as you said it, maneuverability will be compromised!

correct for 10 points, brader. i got this from the downloaded brochure and took a screenshot of it.

the depth is greater of the extended bed due to its raised walls...

perhaps i can go for the extended cargo bed IF they proportion it with an extended wheelbase... but that would compromise the turning radius that the current strada is known for... the stylists/product planners at MMC will probably have a difficult time maintaining the appeal of the standard bed length...

come to think of it, baka gusto ni manong sael itong extended bed length for LOMI/bedminton purposes! kasya! :peace:

Well, We couldn't have it all in one package as what they say...

Its just great the strada has a lot more rather than the others with a much better price...

inmy opinion, 16x8 mags willlookbest for 265/75/r16 tires. but 16x7 ok pa din. masmacholang tingnan on 16x9 mags.

oo sir mas maganda talaga kung malapad.....rubbing issues lang talaga ang problema kaya lifting is eesential to prevent that....


sir BTW kung gusto mo pa edit mo kay bigblock yung lift kit mo...to have a ride much more closer to stock setting....

am back to stock height. hehehehe. didn't like the loss of power due tot he 285/75/16 tires, so sold the kit and the tires. am nor running on stock height and 265/75/16 tires again. iba talaga pag stock. very fast and agile. plus i can load up upto 1 ton on my bed as compared to being lifted, i think i was only able to put around 600kgs when i was lifted.

really sir most of us is using 33's some also use 35 wala po kaming na feel na power loss, and also we load a lot with lift it did not affect your load limit. this is interesting for me, new thing to tackle.

Sir dadz, di ba higher ang stock hp/torque ng Triton dyan compared to RP specs for similar 3.2L engine? Re: load capacity, I think it will depend on the lift technique/s used (leaf springs, lift block, shackle...).

Sir boz tama ka if you use a bigger shackles the leaf sring will loose it's arc and lessen your load limit, that is the reason why i told you to use a procomp add a lift, to keep the arc even meron kang 50 kilos load sa bumper pa lang, power lose im not sure if lifting affect it since same engineering design nang lift kit but again i don't know what lift kit he use.

That is why im interested in this new thing to tackle.

i changed to 33s tires so for sure there will be a slight loss in power. but it depends on each individual, i just noticed it more, now for theload limit, i achaged the shackles so the angleof the leaf springs changed therefore my load limit got smaller.

Sa load limit as i said yes it will cut the load limit if you use shackles, base on our experience in lifting no much problem kami, i just like comparing difference in trucks since a lot of people is needing more and more information. Like yours is interesting for me. Base on new technology most diff can handle 33 with out re-gearing like most of the new trucks starting from 2005 to now.

oo nga sir from first gear to second medyo mabigat since on road rear diff lang gumagana you will really feel it, but off road with both diff working you will never be wrong with 33's. then again i have a chip for the commonrail.

the other trucks already have this ozone depleting contraption as standard equipment...for strada owners, we have to shell out extra bucks to have this smoke generating option.[/SIZE]
