Guys, I need help..I dont know if this is the right place to post this.

I bought my white strada glx v just this past July 2011 at Diamond motors Quezon Ave. I paid extra to change the tint they are offering to 3M.
Just this past Saturday Nov 5 Saturday, we all experience the heavy down pour in Metro Manila. the rear glass was foggy so naturally i turned on the defogger. To my surprise it was not working.

I then went yesterday, Nov 7 at Diamond to have it checked. They informed me today, Just this moment that the defogger was damaged and it is not covered by their warranty. They said that the installer of the tint might have damaged the defogger. And I said " pinatint ko sa inyo ito, nagbayad pa ako ng extra" and they replied, contractor lang daw ang installer nila kaya di nila sagot!!!

WTF...really dissappointed on their reply. Guys what should I do next?

That's plain BS...

chances are baka nga di talaga yung tint installation ang nakasira don, kundi sira na talaga in the first place.

at anyrate, that should be covered. doesnt matter really kung contractor or what yung tint installer na yon, you're a customer what-the-F do you care about that. basta ikaw diba you did busines with them, nakipagtransact ka sa kanila regarding the tint, its not your problem whether they have a contractor for that, etc etc etc.

i suggest that you:
1.DEMAND (use the term, if im not mistaken my legal something regarding it) they at least take a look/consider your case. hindi yung they are just simply brushing off your claim.
2. talk / look for the manager (or customer relations officer). just like sa ibang business, malamang may mga powers na di authorize ang plain SA, pero pwede kapagka umabot sa higher-ups.
3. there ara always other casas. try asking for second-opinion / having it warranted there.

Talked to them again yesterday, Pinapalabas ang receipt ng tint buti na lang i still have it pero ito ang nakakagulat!!!

Alpha International ang dating inhouse contractor nila ngayon iba na daw ,Winterpine na daw.

They told me to call them next week as they need to discuss this to the management. w

*duncan rhyme, they need to get that fixed. to think that they commissioned a tint installer to do the job and messed up the assembly. whether it is within warranty or not, it must be the responsibility of both diamond and tint installer- past or present. i think you can even file a complaint with DTI if they don't resolve this ASAP. good luck, sir.

mukha naman nde nka-valet mode kasi on lock, nag-blink naman yun blue led light and pag-on ng makina, off naman yun blue led light. baka daw sira yun siren sabi ng casa. they'll try to trouble shoot it, unfortunately, wala yun taga-winterpine kanina. balik na lang ako sa casa next time.

Can I ask for advice on what should I look out for? Or to avoid?

Is the 3.2 4m41 engine better than the 2.5 4x4? Except for the VGT
which is fuel efficient? 3.2 or the 2.5 (4x4)

Why mitsubishi phasing out the 3.2 engine?

I just logged in this evening and I notice, the TSCP group is NO longer in the group list which I have before. I do not know if I was removed from the group because I saw the "JOIN" group button. Per my recollection, the only activity I made there in the past 2 days was post 2 ads regarding the MOTUL CRDI oil which I have. Can someone help or tell me if this is not allowed so that I wont make the same mistake. But wait the last post I did, followed a posting with the same nature. Hi.

I had my replaced my SCV at 30K mileage due to stalling.
Now (55K mileage) problem starts again.
Sometimes when I rev the engine, rpm is not responding.
Could this be a SCV prob again?

Not much activity here on the Strada post?
I just bought a 2014 Strada in Cebu City.
It is second hand, but in good condition.

I have two questions;
1. Mitsubishi has installed a blue LED on the left side of steering wheel in a slot for a switch.
Is it something any of you guys know what it can be? It is always on, and it is pretty sharp, so it disturb me when driving in darkness.
2. Discovered that radio is working using the touch screen, but the stereo itself does not work. No button works, except turning on and off and mute, plus volume with the round knob. Can't reach main menu on the touch screen either.
No buttons on the steering wheel works. And yes, I checked the batteries, they are fine
I am only english speaking, so please do not reply in Tagalog

If I need to repair it, where in Cebu City/Mandaue ?
Not only Mitsubishi I guess?
