TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines (PNA) -- Three people were killed on the spot on Sunday evening while seven others were seriously injured when the right front wheel of a Mitsubishi Strada had been busted and rammed a gmelina tree along the national highway in Barangay Mission Road in Sta. Teresita, Cagayan, police said on Wednesday.
Police Senior Inspector Virgilio Dorado, Sta. Teresita police chief, said the fatalities were identified as Jayson Jacob, 31, of Ipil village, and Rolly Tollio, 31, and Reyse Bermudez, 22, both of Sta. Cruz village, all of Gonzaga, Cagayan.
Seriously injured were Victor Rasos and Joey Tacal, 21, both of Ipil village, Gonzaga; Jovelyn and Orlando Tacal, and Noemi Alicias, 20, of Sta. Maria village, Gonzaga, driver Henson Walter Rasos and Ma. Clarence Arizabal of Claveria, Cagayan. They were brought to Alfonso Ponce Memorial Hospital in Gonzaga, Cagayan.
Probers said the Mitsubishi Strada car (plate no. ZPF 292) driven by Henson Walter Rasos swerved to the left lane when its right front car wheel got busted along Mission Road village. As a result, the car hit a gmelina tree.
Rasos was charged for multiple homicide and multiple physical injuries due to the accident.

let this serve as a lesson to everyone not to take their tyres for granted!!! andaan lagi na ang mas importante palagi na maganda na gulong ay yung pangharapan.... kung may kailangan palitan ng gulong, laging ilagay sa harap ang bago... mas maganda sana kung palaging tambal na bago o magkasing edad man lang na gulong ang ilalagay sa harapan

BTW sir, hindi sakin yung strada na madaming palamuting ilaw....
hinde kasi ako nakapagdala ng rig eh hehe....binubuo ko pa ulit ang lakas ng loob ko haha!
yun nalang din yung parang pinaka pro ng 4x4 sir hehe....kaya kahit papano minamaximize nalang namin hehe...
mahal kasi hilux na 4x4 sir eh....kuha ka nalang strada na 4x4 mura lang hehe...

Ganyan din nangyari sa cousin ko when their goin to batangas sakay ng Pick up din(not to mention) 11 sila blow up gulong habang nag oovertake..ayun
