kailangan malaman natin ang explanation ng mitsubishi motors philippines tungkol dito... medyop mahirap kasi pakialaman yang mga ganyan mas lalo na at may attached memo, letter sila.

pero still, the fact na dealer sila ng mitsubishi, dapat pareho ang mga ninibigay nila na coverages sa mga units sold nila... dapat nga pati sa pag trato ng service at pricing ng labor and goods standardized na nga eh.... oh well.....

from my first impression on this, it seems to be that this particular document is to either override, bypass and supress the standard warranty booket (white/green)... the final verdict will come out once we can actually read it.

tama. its 3 years and 100k.. actually natataasan pa nila yun. i got mine for 4 years and 150k after haggling between dealers.

Four years sa iyo? Different nga. But msybe your particular dealer will warrant the extended warranty.

Sir zircus, do let us know what MMPC says regarding your warranty. We cant fully read the document you posted,

We are all surprised. Maybe your pickup will be used commercially? But then commercial vehicle usually comes in 1 year warranty

Thanks for the response mga sirs! sorry for the very small pics, limited kasi ang size ng file na ma post sa album of this forum. I have sent a letter to mitsubishi motors regarding these, kasi I was expecting a standard 3 years 100k kms warranty. As far as I know L300 lang ang may 50,000km or 2 yrs, and besides for private use lang po ang gamit namin. Our old nissan pick up nga 110,000 + lang ang mileage all in all for 6 years na ngayon. I will let everyone know with regards sa response ng MMC.

From the looks of it.....mukang outdated yung document na yan sir...

kasi hinde naka indicate na ang covered is STRADA 4x2 rather what is indicated is L200 4x2 na we all know is an already OBSOLETE name that was given to the past generation pickup ng Mitsu...

Now, assuming that pinoint out sayo nung agent na yung L200 is yung current gen strada then he/she told you that you have to conform with that document then you have yourself an issue to settle...

did you take the pic just before you signed it? or you still haven't signed yet? I surely hope you did not because I think kailangan mo muna ulit kausapin yang casa mo sir...to clear things out with regards to your warranty...

ako din wala...kakaiba talaga yan ha... ngayon lang ako nakabasa ng 2yrs/50kms warranty sa auto.

yung owner jeep na gawang cavite nga ng kapitbahay namin naka 100km pa eh

are they using a legal document issued for older version of strada, and just use that document to sell the new strada. If MMPC issued the memo regarding the updated L200 strada warranty, it can be this scenario
A. The dealer did not received the updated circular memo regarding warranty for the new strada or was confused with the memo (BullS!*#)
B. The dealer completely ignored the memo, instead used the old warranty memo
C. The dealer cheated their customers and used the old warranty coverage ever since the 1st batch of the crdi strada came out and was sold to the region until today.

Sir luma na yung doc kasi 2003 until 2005 lang ang L200 then 2005 to present is Triton na except in Europe naka L200 pa din sila but then again me ml at mk model nag Triton L200.

I agree with sir ThePatriarch, korean cars 5 year (150,000 kms) warranty at yung foton blizzard na 4x2 din 3 years (100,000 kms) warranty, but heto yung strada 4x2 na ang daming bumibili 2 years (50,000 kms) lang, and the worst is MMPC tolerated their rouge dealers to do so.

Yes sir, ang important kasi dyan yung years of warranty na 3 years.

Yung mileage kasi na 100,000KM mahirap kunin in 3 yrs. ~~ maliban na lang everyday average about 91KM ang travel in 1095 days

Yes sir, the moment the SA handed me the key and the vehicle invoice I ask her for the warranty and she tells me that the 4x2 variant has 2 years (50,000 kms) warranty (if I did'not ask I dont know kung sasabihin nya). I even argued, she said the 3 years warranty is applicable for the body only, while the engine is only 2 years.

I was also thinking na naka sulat dun sa green service booklet yung 2 years (50,000 kms) which ever come first pero 3 years (100,000 kms) naman ang naka stipulate except for the very specific item na battery and muffler na 1 year or 20,000 kms lang.

I was disappointed kasi I thought ganun talaga ang NEW standard warranty for the 4x2 variants, and this is the reason why I ask other strada owners in this forum.

naku sir...I think you should really contact MMPC main office regarding your warranty....muka kasing inde naiitindihan nung SA mo yung LUMANG memo na ya kasama dun sa invoice mo....I think you should request some document or comformity sent via fax or email from MMPC indicating that regardless of the dealer all warranties given should be a standard 3 year 100,000kms unless otherwise you were able to make a special deal....lesser warranty for a lesser price of the strada assumingly...hehe...

though before contacting MMPC for the request of the document.....maybe you can talk to a higher official in your dealership just to clarify it better... and just make the request a fallback if ever the higher official didn't supported your correction...

ano ba ito... kaliwa kanan ang mga issue sa mga casa/dealer....

just talked to diamond motors main office.... standardized warranty coverage for all mitsubishi vehicles is 100,000km or 3 years, which ever comes first... you cannot ask for a shorter warranty coverage term for haggling purposes, you can however thru an internal agreement between you and your particular casa and SA haglle on a longer coverage, but only if you can...

yes ral 4 years po kasi hinaggle ko sa kanila. depende talaga sa iyo at sa kausap mo rin kung sino maiipit at lalabas na naghahabol. lol madami rin ako nakuha nun kaso mas nakakainggit yung add 20k montero tire and rims nauwi pa stock tires and rims.
