Up ko lang, just talked with sir jedi. The Charity Fun Run will definitely push through. He is overwhelmed by the support that he is getting as far as the project is concerned. Madaming car clubs ang magpaparticipate, and that includes us. The best thing is there are a number of sponsors for the event, so that all we have to do is just to be there.

There may be changes in the itinerary. Will let sir jedi announce this. Anticipate na lang natin.

There is a sponsored resort for all the participants for the charity program and the resort facilities may be utilized by those wishing to stay overnight (libre rin ata, as per my understanding).

Greetings Tsikoteers,

On its 3rd year, Tsikot.com together with different car clubs, friends and media will once again initiate a Charity Event on May 9, 2009. Our previous charity funrun on Baguio (2007) and Tagaytay (2008) was a huge success and it was all made possible with the help of our fellow tsikoteers here and abroad, friends and sponsors.

This will not only become a Caravan and Charity event, This will also be an event for us to get together and have a grand EB as well.

Itenerary

Westgate Alabang - Meeting Place, 7:00am
1st stop - San Pedro Laguna
2nd stop - Binan
3rd stop - Carmona
Final desitination - Sta. Rosa Laguna

There will be Photo opportunities during our stop overs and foods as well, at the same time some donations will be collected on each municipality. We will be asking for police assistance for the security of all participants.

Final stop will be at a resort Sta Rosa Laguna, We will hold our program there and give the donations to the beneficiaries. We are free to stay at the resort for a Grand EB, we will have some games and a simple program. There will be food for us on lunch time. We might have a Car Drifting Demo from Team Dorifto. It will be an option for us to stay at night at the resort, our stay would still be free but we will be providing our own food/pulutan. There are food establishments within the area.

The beneficiary would be senior citizens and people with disability from the Bangon Rosenan Foundation. This is a newly established foundation based in Sta. Rosa Laguna. Tsikot.com will be the first to give a donation to this new foundation and it will be part of their history.

I am again asking for your help and assistance to make this Charity Event successful .

We are trying to raise at least P50,000 and at least 50 to 100 car participants. There are some pledges already from tsikoteers, friends, car clubs and tsikot.com partners.

For transparency, All pledges and donations will be listed here.
