    No problem yan. Tumatanggap ba SEC ng casino chips at betting coupons? hehehe.

    Kailangan nga ba ng show money??? Parang casino ah. At saka, P1M??? For a non-stock, non-profit entity? I have my doubts on this. Let's ask our lawyers on this. Paging sir thepatriarch, sir moxxxs.

    i don't think SEC requires 1M show money..

    No need for that amount... di po tayo professional organization nor a foundation... we are merely a driver's association, hehehe... parang TODA, hahahahaha kaya wala minimum!

    kidding aside, non stock non profit association po tayo kaya membership dues lang ang required na nasa bank. then we can pursue fund raisings and accept donations na! yun nga lang we have to report it annualy sa SEC and dapat solely i-finance sa mga activities ng club...

    so basically we should have an annual audited FS's to submit to the SEC right? hmmmm that's not bad, am sure we can get an accountant to do the FS's when the need is there. at least wala tayo required capital for teh group!

    basically tama ka bro... in our case no need for an audited FS since di po tayo for profit na corporation... kaya my limited knowledge will suffice, hehe

    Ganito lang iyan. Yung nasa bank na kailangan ay membership fee lang.

    Yung mga donasyon at ibang funds, gagamitin sa mga mini-eb para sa food and drinks (read as "pulutan and toma"). Tapos every year kailangan natin i-report sa SEC na ginamit yung funds na yun para sa "team building" activities na nabanggit ko



    Ops, joke lang ha. Baka may mag-seryoso sa post ko hehehe!
