    Now on display at Wheels.

    The unit they have is the RD400 (RD300 and RD500 will be available daw)

    Some features:
    *2.7L CRDi engine same as in the MB ML270 and Jeep Grand Cherokee
    *5-speed automatic transmission
    *Rear wheel drive (4wd model not released locally)
    *4 wheel independent double wishbone suspension
    *2+3+3+3 seating with 4 captain's chairs, 2 jump seats and 1 rear bench.
    *Built in EWD and fire extinguisher
    *Center console can be taken out and used as a wheeled trolley.
    *Priced at Php 1.43M

    Why do these new vehicles come out with an odd looking third row windows? Does it contribute contour shape for better fuel economy?

    wala lang... pampacute. The idea is to break up to body shape so that it doesn't look so bulky. Plus, instead of having an A, B, C and D pillar, you end up witha bigger vehicle with the old familiar A, B, and C layout, but on an extended scale. Maybe saves a few pounds and adds to rigidity, too.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    Ok na yung mga features niya pero yung design ang panget hindi lang pala ang panget ang suwanget pa..
    Dapat tinawag na lang Rodius concept yan..

    Hello!

    It looks like this thread has been quiet for a few years. Maybe I can infuse some new life into it. It is 2018 and I am looking at the Rodius 2.0 ELX 7s AT as a finalist. It has some pretty stiff competition against the Everest Titanium 4x2 and the Toyota Innova V.
    The approx price for the Rodius 2.0 ELX is ₱1,590,000 while the Innova Vis ₱1,624,000. Obviously the Everest is in the 2M range na. I've seen many local and foreign reviews of the Rodius. They are used in the UK as a cheap but sturdy low-end people haulers.
    Is Ssangyong company any good in their after sales service and is the Rodius any better now in 2018?
