mga bro, report ko lang nangyari sa mb ko biglang nawalan ng lamig aircon,may hangin naman lumalabas...dati maayos naman ang buga ewan ko ano nangyari at nawalan ng lamig...pinakita ko sa electrical ok naman pati
compressor ok naman, pina-check ko sa aircon shop sabi nawalan ng freon or sumingaw ang freon, sinisingil ako P2.8K pa-service, bukas pagawa ko na lang. Yung mga mb nyo ba mga bro madalas din ba nasisira ac system,alam ko medyo mahina system ng korean pagdating sa aircon di ba? ok na rin pala clutch ko inayos ni francis sa clutch pedal lang ang in-adjust nya...marunong talaga sya since pinaayos ko rin sa iba yung clutch pedal ewan ko bakit di nila naayos gaya ng gawa ni francis.

Meron pa bang available na brand new units? How much? My uncle is looking into buying one as he is about to retire his surplus Hyundai Grace 12-seater.

We have had a very good experience with the MB100 already and he needs the cabin space as he has quite a large family. Vans with engines under the front seats are out of the question already and the MB100 is the only 12-seat passenger van with a front mounted engine.

I heard about an MB100 gasoline version. Is this true ? I thought they were all diesel powered.:confused:

There is but it wasnt sold here... Im basing this on a brochure i got before.

The diesel version would still be better IMO.

Do you guys have the specs of the diesel model vs the gas model ?

I think the gasoline model made 150 bhp. It also used a Mercedes Benz engine. I have the specs at home, though. I'm still stuck here at UST at the moment.

But the diesel version is plenty powerful. It can easily spin its tires from a standing start (talk about stump-pulling torque).

I don't know about price. The gas engines were never released here. I'm assuming gas models would be a tad cheaper.

Hi to all tsikoteers and fellow MB owners. I was looking for information regarding the MB100 and MB140 and I found this very informative thread. A week ago, I purchased a reconditioned and rebadged MB140 (originally Ssangyong Istana Superprime. Mahaba siya and I learned a lot from this thread before I made the purchase.

This unit used to be a Firetruck in Korea. Dami ngang pinagkabitan ng mga kung ano anong gadgets e. Advantage is low mileage at talagang maganda pa ang makina as well as ang Aircon. Ganon din ang Body, walang bulok pati pnag ilalim. Ang disadvantage naman is it doesn't have the original chairs ng MB, so ngayon naghahanap ako ng mga original chairs ng MB na pwede kong mailagay dito. Temporarily, pinaglalagyan ng dealer ng mga chairs ng Grace which is mababa at makitid kesa sa original. Baka me alam kayong pwedeng pagkunan ng maayos na upuan ng MB.
