Galing hehe, psycho pala to medyo.

i sense a pattern here...lots of wrestlers seem to be dying young from heart attacks...

buti pa si Ric Flair..survived a plane crash, still wrestling after all these years. woooo!

..hmmm quite a few died of heart ailment before the age of 50. napanood niyo yung HBO special about WWE wrestlers? pinakita dun how jake the snake roberts hit rock bottom and how his daughter hated him.

...what happened to "tough enough"? isnt the winner supposed to be a WWE superstar? parang naglaho lang sila eh.

Tough Enough winner Johnny Nitro is currently a Smackdown Superstar and belongs to the MNM tag team.

The UFC star-turned Tough Enough winner is Danny Puder. He was last seen at the 2004 Royal Rumble. AFAIK, he was fired after his contract.

About the Warrior DVD, here is the comment of the warrior himself.

BTW, meron bang mga DVD/VCD ng Raw during the Attitude days?

tantsa ko either me injury, or nagkaproblema sa character development. some may have very impressive backgrounds -- there was one who was a former UFC fighter -- kaso baka di ganun kagaling magdala ng crowd

Actually, Dan is his first name.

The person you're referring to is Dan "The Beast" Severin. He is one of the pioneers of full-contact, mixed-martial arts competition that preceeded the UFC. I don't know if he did grapple with Gracie but what I do know is that he and Ken Shamrock had classic battles. Severin is one of the most vicious and respected full-contact mixed-martial artist. He has been known to break limbs during competition with nary a second-thought about doing so.

Severin, despite his age, is still active in the independent mixed-martial arts circuit.

Actually, that would be Dan "The Beast" Severn. ;)

I would always be in awe whenever I watched them in old reruns on Channel 13. Lalo na yung SummerSlam V sa Wembley Stadium tsaka Wrestlemania VI. Every time na nakikita ko si I.R.S. (Mike Rotundo) sa ring, naaalala ko si Michael Douglas sa Falling Down.

Never thought I'd be able to actually see them in action (at ringside seats pa!) nung nag-present ang WWF sa Araneta Coliseum in 1994. I actually got to heckle Barry Horowitz as he was climbing up the ring.

i think for a while Tank Abbott joined the WCW roster as well. meron pang isang Steve Blackman, though i'm not really sure if he had any MMA experience

quite a few Olympians din na nasa wrestling: Kurt Angle, Mark Henry. Can't blame them though, not too many job options for former olympians

sayang si Puder -- he looked like the real deal pa naman. as boring as a doorknob though. mas maganda pa ata kung si Mike Mizanin nanalo...

imho some of the stunts in the WWE DIVA search is a bit on the cheesy side...pero...ooh la la :D

    Some additional facts:

Brian Pillman was the tag-team partner of Steve Austin during the 90's. They were known as the Hollywood Blonds. They have a number of tag-team championships under their belts.

Adrian Adonis was one of pioneers of the sleeper hold. When he applied it to his opponents, he always sang 'Good night Irene' in the opponents ears.

During his heyday, Freddie Blassie put on dentures that have sharp teeth. He used to bite his opponents.
