    After a long and tiring day, i also believe it's good to "wind down"and cool off before hitting the sack even if you're already dead tired and just want to sleep (take time to relax, read a magazine/book, take a light snack, etc.). This helps me sleep better and feel better rested when i wake up the next day as against just going straight to bed.

    *paps yebo- yan yung nararamdaman ko yung parang nalulunod. nitong taon lang yan. puyat nga at stress sa pagtuturo sa anak kahit na mas full time si misis sa pagtuturo sa kaniya.
    *rukawa- nag bibike pa nga ako at naglalakad. kung alam mo lang kung gano kalayo ang nilalakad ko halos araw-araw. para na nga akong taong grasa minsan andito ako sa kalookan mapapansin ko na lang nasa philcoa nako.

    ewan ko, napasama ata yung pag control ko sa galit ko. mula nung nabunggo kami ng GT/UV express sa daan noong Jan 1, pinigilan ko ng huwag mag mura at magalit. sa mga panaginip ko galit ako kaya at tindi rin ng emosyon ko naninikip dibdib ko.
    salamat dami kong natutunan. makakain nga ng saging for potassium at maka-gala na nga.

    Too much water in the body is bad.

    I remember that there is one documented case where a person in Australia died of too much water intake.

    One or two glasses of water should be enough before you hit bed.

    Just enough for your kidney to hold until the following morning, your regular wakeup time.

    Waking up in the middle of the night is not healthy as it disrupts your normal body clock.

    You should be sleeping and hitting that sleep level(rapid eye movement) to be well rested.

    If you continue that practice,- you will eventually feel tired and wasted during the day. Not healthy.

    I think common sa mga lalake ung wake-up during the night at umiih.... lumalaki kasi un as we age kaya advisable pag age 40 na pa check-up sa doctor.

    I used to have bangungot too. You're paralysed na you are aware of your surroundings and you wanna wake up but you can't. It feels like you're having a heart attack. Nakakatakot. Then I read somewhere you have to concentrate on moving your toes. It worked indeed!

    BTT: I can't remember the time when I last had a nightmare. I never sleep when I'm full (I need to either watch TV muna or read a book), and I'm not too fond of noodles.
