My ex works out 6 days a week for 2 hrs din for more than 10 years na yan regularly. I absolutely cannot disturb him during his workout because that's his alone time. When he misses his workout he gets cranky pero siya tumaba sakin

I'm the one who spoils him because I serve whatever food he craves for when he comes over to visit. Nahahawa din siya eating sweets. I really need to quit sugar. I am afraid of diabetes.

Have you tried what they call the "magic fruit"? It's something some people use for their diets or sweet cravings. It makes sour fruits taste sweet, so you think your eating something sweet but actually their not and their healthy. I've tried it with calamansi and it works.

Play safe answer huh! But it should be the "Eat to live & DONT live to eat". Many of us are emotional eaters sometimes we eat to relieve stress and find comfort in eating certain foods kahit di pa naman gutom ganun ka ba Cath? I often see you active kasi in any thread basta food eh

hahaha! Yeah I eat when I'm bored and we normally have late long lunch. Irregular eating pattern ko e. I'm not so much into ulam and rice. I like to snack on cookies and chocolates etc.

Dati 6 days ako every week, 2 hrs per work out. Hindi daw ako lumalaki sabi nung gym instructor sa amin. Kaya ginawa ko every other day, ayun medyo lumaki naman ako. Hehe.

I've given up on dieting.... My partner is such a good cook..... Its like have lunch in a resto everyday. Kung sabagay I only eat well during lunch. No rice during dinner time.

Bawi na lang ako sa gymn 2x or 3x a week.... Im lucky that our office has a well equipped gym...

If you get a chance, watch Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead by Joe Cross. His method of dieting worked for him and others in the documentary.
