*c4u, I did 10 reps sa wide pull-up kanina. Pero may spot. Haha. Yung pangbicep at back na pull-up (short) nakaka-10 din ako pero wala spot.

Yeah I think the idea is if you are able to lift your own weight, then you are really fit na. Pull ups naman kasi you are lifting your weight din e.

I will not even attempt to do pull ups but I hope I will be able to achieve that in my lifetime

Huwag na kayo uminom ng mga yan. Just be active sa gym or try boxing. Papayat talaga kayo.

^ Agree
For MEN:
220 minus age Ex.32 = 188 Total H/R

For High Intensity Training:
80% to 95% of your Total heart rate
188 X .80 = 150 bpm
188 X .95 = 179 bpm

So the "Target Heart Rate" is from
150 bpm to 179 bpm this is effective for fat loss with after burn effect (Men with age 32)

Same for Women but 226 minus age.

Cathy im using the chest strap should be directly in contact to skin to give near accurate HR reading, the chest strap is together with the TM when i purchased it, but i guess you can buy it in sports shops like tobys.

Sir, your treadmill is high end kasi Mine does not come with the chest strap, I grip the handles to get my HR reading, I'm thinking if it's worth buying a heart rate monitor, the models with good reviews are USD100 up kasi.

They're probably not real men nga. Marami nga din mga bading sa gym ang lalaki ng katawan.

Yes. Ang ganda ng payat nila, hindi haggard. They become like different people!

Real men are judged by character - protective, selfless and soldiering on. We have bred a generation of men that are vain and weak. Men who have no idea how it is to be a man.

...bitter lang ako wala akong 6 pack abs eh
Meron blog site dati which lists the rules of a Tunay na Lalaki. One of it is "Ang tunay na lalaki walang abs"

Pero a guy who is artificially white is definitely gay for me. A real man is someone who can get his hands dirty - that's ***y.

cushioning shoes for you if you are normal/slightly underpronated. take glucosamin for your knees, but have it checked, you might have a rotated knee like mine. bend your knees when you foot hits the ground.
Did I understand correstly?I should increase my speed all thorough out the 55 mins (eg 7-8 mins at 6 km then 7-8 mins at 8 km then 7-8 km at 10 km ..)

That is so tacky. I don't think a straight man would pose a nude pic of himself. When I had FB, it was mostly women that was active in FB.

yes walang abs talaga tunay na lalaki haha! but im a firm believer in form follows functions. if i feel that having a bulging 6pack abs will help me run or bike faster then id probably be doing ab workouts. When i was still competing in sportclimb and bouldering, we'd do hundreds of crunches after training sessions even front levers but they never did require those bulging muscles, muscles are heavy. if you dont need them they're just excess weight.

15min warm-up. speed is constant at 9 OR 10minutes per km pace, then stretch, then do 40min constant speed of 7 OR 8minute per km pace.

i use minutes/km instead of kph to measure running speed. 10min/km is 6kph. 5min/km is 12kph. some threadmills have pace measurements besides kph, you can set it up to measure pace. easier to know your 10km time if using pace.
