Good evening mga tsikooters, kamusta kayo?

    Bakit ang hirap magpapayat? Hehe.
Simula nung bumalik ako ng Philippines medyo lumaki ako konti at medyo sumikip yung ibang damit ko. Hehehe.

Ano ba mabilis na paraan para mag papayat at ma reduce ang weight ko?

Before i weigh 140 lbs, my height is 6'2.
Ngayon eh 165 lbs na ako.

Medyo sumikip yung trench coats ko na sinusuot sa Aussie kapag Sunday sa church.

    Hahaha!

Welcome to the club, bro... Metabolism is slowing down....

I am half a ruler shorter than you are, and heavier by a bit.... And, so....

Our lives here in the Philippines revolve around gatherings/meetings and of course, food....

Lahat nga kami rito sa office, after our annual physical exam,- overweight.... :hysterical:

Palagi pa kayong naka-aircon at ayaw ninyong mainitan at maarawan...

Malimit, ayaw ninyong gumamit ng hagdan,- puro elevator ang sakay....

Tapos,- mahilig pa rin kayong kumain ng isang bandehadong kanin?.... At, pati bahaw,- tinitira ninyo pa rin?

E, bakit kayo nagrereklamong tumataba kayo?.... :hysterical:

ive tried using METAFIT type of exercise... i lost 10lbs... in one month and 1 week.... syempre with balance diet po yun... 188lbs to 178... tapos i stop exercising for about a month and 2weeks, i gained 4 lbs. palang... nag supplement din ako to suppress my apetite.... mahirap mag control pero kakayanin naman natin yan... self control at disiplina lang....

dati sir i was able to loose 40lbs...! tapos waistline ko nun 42 down to 29.5! pero it took me more than a year.... then nag ka injury, nagsara yung gym, etc.... kaya after 4years i gained almost all the wt. i lost!!!!

Physical inactivity kills 5 million a year: report
    AFP – 2 hours 7 minutes ago

A third of the world's adults are physically inactive, and the couch potato lifestyle kills about five million people every year, experts said in the medical journal The Lancet on Wednesday.

"Roughly three of every 10 individuals aged 15 years or older -- about 1.5 billion people -- do not reach present physical activity recommendations," they said in a report that described the problem as a "pandemic."

The picture for adolescents is even more worrying, with four out of five 13- to 15-year-olds not moving enough, it said.

Physical inactivity was described for the study as failing to do 30 minutes of moderate physical activity five times a week, 20 minutes of vigorous activity three times a week, or a combination of the two.

Inactivity increases with age, is higher in women than in men, and more prevalent in high-income countries, the researchers found.

A second study, comparing physical activity levels with population statistics on diseases like diabetes, heart problems and cancer, said lack of exercise claimed more than 5.3 million of the 57 million deaths worldwide in 2008.

It said inactivity was a risk factor comparable to smoking or obesity.

Lack of exercise causes an estimated six percent of coronary heart disease cases, seven percent of type 2 diabetes (the most common form) and 10 percent of breast and colon cancers, it said.

Reducing inactivity by 10 percent could eliminate more than half a million deaths every year, the report said, adding that the estimates were conservative.

The human body needs exercise to help the bones, muscles, heart and other organs function optimally, but populations are walking, running and cycling less and less as they spend more time in cars and in front of computers, the investigators said.

The Lancet series called for global efforts to promote physical exercise by improving pedestrian and cyclist safety on city roads, for example, more physical education at school or promoting access to free public exercise spaces.

    Agree here bro.

No need to exercise really. (But I do brisk walking and biking)

Just be on your feet most of the time,- do not sit on your butt.

And, you are what you eat.....

    Wow TS, 6'2" * 140 lbs?
Masayado naman atang underweight yan. Pwede siguro at your present wt of 165 lbs. Mas ok na yan.

Ako, I'm 5'9" * 165 lbs. Pero ok n sa kin yun. Mhirap naman yung masyado patpatin. Iwas lang ako ng rice s bfast. Then occasionally basketball & brisk walking & jogging, para pagpawisan.

kung gusto nyo talaga pumayat bumili kayo ng terno ng nike or adidas sports outfit. yun orig talaga wag yun overruns, and buy from mall stores. buy at least 5 sets.

napansin ko na ito sa mga mayayaman eh, ang gaganda ng bags, branded clothing pag sa party tas pag dating sa gym or sports activity, eh kulang na lang pambahay na unbranded cotton shirts and spandex or basketball shorts.

    ----

baligtadin nyo ang mundo nyo, use fashion in gym/exercise/running/biking clothing, para ma-motivate kayo pumayat. every lbs. or inch lost will make your expensive gym outfits look better on you.

tapos maging bonus na lang pag sa casual get-up, yun tipong kahit bench lang or worn-out jeans lng, lalabas ang katawan nyo.

Nung nasa pinas pako i used to run 3x a week. Wedding day preparation ko yun.
I'm 5'6" and weighs 140lbs that time and kita mo talaga na may tyan ako, so I decided to ran to look good on my tuxedo
With diet of oatmeal/cereals in the morning, rice and any viand in the afternoon and just sandwich or tuna for dinner I was able to trim myself to 130lbs and nawala tyan ko.

I ran 5k during weekdays after work, then 10K during weekends.

Kaya lang dito sa CA mahirap na mag jogging kasi ang lamig kaya bawas na lang sa rice and softdrinks so 138lbs ako ngaun.

Agree ako dito, nung una kong magjogging naka worn out clothes ako as in ung pambahay then ung nike shoes ko luma galing sa tita ko sa US (womens pa..hehe) ayun unti unti ng bumigay ung swelas kaya no choice kundi bumili ng bago (buti na lang DSS) at branded na shoes at shorts, bili din ako wireless walkman ayun sarap mag papawis at lakas makaboost ng confidence lalo na pag me napaaptingin sa outfit ko.. and iniisip ko din ung gastos ko kaya kailangan di ako tamarin..
