Wow just when I was amazed with the 22-0 run of UE against FEU a few days ago, La Salle outdid it with huge 23-0 run against Adamson. After playing close & tight the first 2 quarters, it felt like when it was the 3rd Qtr, La Salle said, “Ok game na. “ Their ring seemed to bigger come the 3rd Qtr as they can’t seem to miss plus amazing alley oop plays by KQ!

Wow. Ateneo lost to a previously winless FEU. Majority of the game they looked l like a lost headless eagle. Then they clawed their way back in the 4th quarter to drive overtime. Espinosa & Lazaro missed both their free throws which could have changed the game. That LJ Gonzales was just clutch! May UP pa ang Ateneo sa last game ng first round.

Missed free throws this time plagued La Salle. Maybe Ateneo & La Salle should have a free throw shooting contest hehe.

Thanks! I checked but may bayad pala siya na P175 yata. Mas mahal siya sa Cignal Play na P75 lang. Weird lang na nung sat ok naman tapos biglang yung next day, mag exceed na daw ako sa number of devices. Kaya sa Facebook live na muna ako nanonood hehe.

Log jam in the middle of the pack with 3 teams tied at 3-3. The remaining games of the 3 teams are as follows: NU vs AdU, La Salle vs UE, & Ateneo vs UP. If we follow the rankings, standings would probably look like this after the first round:

UP 7-0
NU 6-1
La Salle 4-3
AdU 3-4
Ateneo 3-4

What a roller coaster of a game! La Salle looked it was cruising to a win after the first half. Then a horrendous 3pts only in the 3rd gave UP a chance to catch up to them. Another free throw missed by Mike Philips towards the end of the game cost La Salle another loss. Looks like the leaf of the oblation is strong enough to deflect the arrows to protect it’s balls hehe.

La Salle needs to address those endgame collapses as well as the horrendous free throw shooting if they wish to end the 7 year itch this year. Now whether the Oblation can evade the Eagles' talons on Sunday is something worth looking forward to.
