Mukhang coach bo is no longer a disciple of hero ball and iso pedagogy 👍

They "marooned'" the Green Archers with those 16 triples.

Note that some scouts do work for teams for both the Euroleague and the NBA.

The Oct. 8 showdown is going to be a very very good one.

The way the two teams have performed so far, I'd say that the Blue Eagles have a definitive advantage over the Green Archers this time.

Interesting match-ups to say the least. Ikeh will have his hands full but I do see Thirdy running amuck on the switches and pick and rolls (both will be in the offing as DLSU will guard against the 3).

the defending champs are naturally the favored team here but i'd like to believe coach tab's vast knowledge of no frills international ball will negate whatever advantages the green archers have.

personally, i think the current crop of green archers have yet to overcome the huge loss off experience due to the graduation of seasoned veterans like jeron teng and thomas torres. impetus will go to youthful vets kib montalbo and aljun melecio to steady the green machine and hold the fort in the expected face of a frustratingly consistent and emotionless share-the-wealth system implemented by baldwin and co.

Matt Nieto wins it for Ateneo over DLSU! Greenies lost it on the free throw line, tbh, but it was still a good game for both teams.

Last year, the summer didn't turn out so well for the Blue Eagles that making the Final Four was THE goal for the squad. Many felt the team lacked talent and that Tab Baldwin wasnt enough to offset it.

Fast forward a year later and what's mostly the same team is 7-0 to start and is even considered a "deep" lineup.

It would be interesting to see if the blue eagles can keep their score card immaculate today. They'll be facing a very physical feu team growing desperate by the minute. A win today for the tams will boost their wavering chances of making the final 4

Now i know why coach tab is not a fit w/ the gilas program even if the players there are the best in the country

A Ten-O for Ateneo. Looks like La Salle will be the biggest obstacle to that sweep.

Ateneo successfully clinched the 1st final 4 slot today by weathering ex-teammate arvin tolentino's explosive performance

In the 3 point competition held this afternoon, ateneo's Team glory b (the school's farm team) mainstay, dan wong, is crowned as this season's king of the rainbow shot

Honestly, 10-0 for a Greg Slaughter led Blue Eagles was expected

But for this crew, simply great. There is no "i" in the word "TEAM"

    GO ATENEO! OBF!

    FABILIOH!
