DLSU beats UST 9 points in 2 OT. Now after watching that game that is the DLSU that I know. A fighter even against the odds.

dlsu on the winning track...told you guys so. like i said before, the key to dlsu's success is the system franz pumaren & his family has put into place year after every year. as a loyola heights alum looking from the outside-in, i never doubted the green archers' capability to be competitive this season especially w/ the rock solid rookie class coach franz was able to deal with & come up with. me thinks the triumvirate of tolentino, marata, & bringas will undoubtedly ensure the future of dlsu basketball for years to come

as for my beloved ateneo, i believe the 2nd stringers are the unheralded key for the blue eagles to go all-the-way

First 3 quarters lang napanood ko. Down sila 15 pts at lackluster ang laro nila kaya di ko na tinapos. Akalain mong mananalo pa pala sa double overtime. Mukhang very promising si Bringas. Nabasa ko sa news na first rookie sya in 3 years to score 20 points or more. Di ko lang alam kung sa DLSU lang or sa buong UAAP

Btw, next Sunday hiwalay ang ticket para sa 1st game and 2nd game. pareho kasing maganda ang laban UE v FEU then Ateneo v La Salle. Laki ng kita ng Araneta

Hehehe who would have thought a UE vs FEU is only first game material, possible only if DLSU and ADMU faces each other...

I heard a news this morning sa program ni Mike Enriquez, that they received a text message requesting all Lasalista and Atenista to wear Yellow dress/tshirt instead of traditional Blue and Green, on Sunday, August 9, DLSU-Ateneo game. This is to give respect to our late President Cory Aquino. In case na mangyari ito, this will be a history that for the first time magkakaisa sila..

kudos to all Lasalista and Atenista for the initiative.
