    Then eat fruits subs for sweets but portion controlled din or dark choco;)
    Always remember if you can't avoid it, eat sweets with nutrients naman avoid "empty calorie" food ;)

    Meron 1st timer promo sa Fitness First. Instead of paying one(1) membership fee (admin Fee + trainer + miscellanaeous) of Php6,515, half na lang ang babayaran and your monthly dues depends on which membership type you will avail pwede premiere or platinum.

    Helo everyone, i just want to know, before i will pursue my training na nagpag aralan ko dito, nag conduct muna ako 2 weeks training para ma improve yung cardiovascular system ko. tama kaya pinag gagawa ko?

    everyday from 430 am to 5;30am, stretching, and jogging, with shadow boxing.
    before i sleep, stretching, swadow boxing, and push up,.

    makakatulong ba to pag nag simula nako mag buhat.

    Anyway itinigil ko na pag iinon ko at pag yosi, wala na kasi akong lakas ehh,.. im not healthy na. sobrang payat ko narin.

    and pwede bang kumain ng kumain(eat all you can) then buhat, para mag kalaman yung muscle ko?

    ung mga protein rich foods sir para mabilis pag repair ng muscle mo after working out.

    2. what is your specific objective?
    3. how bad do you want it?
    4. deadline to reach your objective? (if you are ectomorph, 8 months may not be enough)

    let us know of your improvement after 8 months.
