    Guys, ano ba easiest way mag Keto diet?

    Dati nagtiis ako, puro bacon, sausages, cheese at coconut oil.

    Ano pa ba pwede ko dagdag sa recipe na madali lang prepare?

    go for some kurbota pork. or pork at healthy options. you want to go for clean fats.


    pork has higher fat to protein ratio. just don't g over xxxg of fat per day.

    go for salads too. there are plenty of keto friendly dressungs.. baka masira pwet mo sa fat proteins lol

    I'm not into keto anymore and I must say na nakaka umay talaga kung meat at dairy (cheese) lang ang usual na kakainin.

    So with that, I strongly suggest eating lots of greens. Kung hindi ka maka-gulay tulad ko, isama mo sa bugger patty (bunless patty).

    Also try tacos salad (without the taco shell) - beef, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, cheese.

    Nilaga at sinigang - yung sobrang lambot ng taba tapos sabay mo yung gulay sa pag lunok (my style).

    I also tried shiratake noodles - mas okay sa akin yung white sauce kesa a pesto.

    I also cook and bake kaya meron akong very simple (5 ingredients) keto bread na parang pandesal. Ayos din pag may butter.

    Fitness First Platinum ba yung branch sa Robinson's Place Manila?

    And does Platinum branches there (PH) provide gym clothes, towel and toiletries (soap/shampoo/deo/hair gel)

    hindi ako member sa fitness first. Ano ibig mo sabhin parang hotel? Much better if may dala ka naman kotse baon ka sariling towel.

    Ako pag sa hotel motel baon ako sarili tuwalya. Sa kotse ko lagi may nakaready pati bimpo.

    Premium workout places usually provide towels and shower amenities. But I havent seen one that provides clothing as part of the package.

    arena sa may q ave katapat ng hi-top. makikita mo pa si ding dong dantes hehehe

    maganda pag nag gym ke eh magaganda din yung suot nung mga kasama mo specially pag magaganda din sila.

    diet.... di ko yata alam meaning nun.

    Eto workout sked ko. Pang relieve din ng stress ang main purpose ko as well as fitness and wellness,

    Mon: off

    Tue: jog 15 laps at Moro Lorenzo indoor track oval

    Wed: weight training at Tara Gym (P. Tuazon, Cubao), chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back and abs

    Thur: interval training at Moro Lorenzo indoor track oval, 10 laps combination of wind sprints and jogging.

    Fri: off

    Sat: Tennis

    Sun: same as wednesdays

    I will start working out at Clark Hatch this October.

    C3 Gym sa may malapit sa luna mencias cor shaw. near cookbook kitchen. P500 a month lang. For bulking ako nagggym. saka na yung fat loss.

    yup, ayos nga dun sa C3 kaso lang konti lang cardio equipment nya. ako kasi di masyado nagcacardio kasi super intense lagi ang workout ko. ayun.

    9 years ago pa ha ha sa bahay lang ni utol na tinitirhan ko nung college pa ako...may kasamang diet...

    ngayon sa kusina na lang he he...pwera biro nasa no rice diet na lang ako...no time to go to a gym...masyadong maarte naman kung mag South Beach diet ako ha ha...

    ako dito lang sa opisina (buti na lang may gym dito) pang tanggal stress.

    MWF - light wieghts/ muscle toning
    TTH - cardio/ badminton

    SAT/SUN - lamon to the maxx!
