theveed... mahilig ka pala sa gymnast... tigas talaga yan mga yan... bata pa lang matagal na maghead-stand yan mga yan... ewan ko lang kung hindi lumapad at tumigas shoulders and arms ng mga yan... at saka sobrang flexible pa...

tama ka van_wilder, bata pa sila kaya nagkaganyan. akala ko nga nag gym din sila until nakita ko yung post ni theveed. pero majority of the people doesnt realize that they need to work out until mid-life.
Ok lang daldalan kung hindi na aapektuhan ang rest period.
theveed, once nakasama kong nag gym ang dalawa kong tropa, bwiset sila kse they cant talk to me other than fitness related questions. I told them not to laugh, not to stare, dont do anything but lift. Madaling mag-init ang ulo ko kaya sinasabi nila "si bosing naman, mainitin ang ulo, easy ka lang boss, eto na po bubuhat na po" hahahahaha sila din yung spotter ko taga-abot ko ng 80lbs dumbbell kapag nag bench na ko.
ako kasi mahilig ako magkwento... tutal sabay ko magbuhat yun mga kaibigan ko pati mga trainer, eh nagbibilang ng minutes yun mga yun eh kaya hindi masyado naapektuhan yun rest ko kasi parang binibilang na rin nila yun akin... pero minsan napapahaba... nagiging 10mins kaya hindi na ako makabuhat eh, tumigas na yun muscle...

Pero kung may super babe na sobrang revealing sa gym, tigil muna ako sa workout hehe... next day nalang hahaha... Tipong may Aubrey miles na naggygym na naka 2 piece...
Pero kung may Mahal na nag-gygym, bilisan mo workout mo hehe.
i'm bummed for the past couple of weeks because i feel pain inside my shoulder. most probably it's a tear because muscle fatigue goes away after a while but this hasn't. what non-surgical remedy can i take to make it go away? any medicine? therapy? stretching? i don't want to lay off training completely and lose the gains i've had.
san part ng shoulder, what did you do before the pain occured? Usually rotator cuff ang sumasablay sa shoulder more than any other shoulder injury, visit a doctor (PT) would help.
am familiar with rotator cuff injury since i have it on my left shoulder but still i can do my usual routines and load. but the one on my right shoulder right now... i normally warm-up with 100 lbs. on the bench press, 12 reps, but with the injury, nangangatal na ako at 4 reps with spot pa. cause of injury is i strained it arm wrestling then still proceeded to work out my lats and biceps that day.
same with dumbbell press and cable crossover (60lbs), then dips naman.
sa biceps, 21's ginagawa ko. 20lb dumbells bottom half curl 7 reps, top half curl 7 reps, then full range 7 reps. 4 sets na ganyan. then concentration curls and cable curls.
