we have too many vets for just one league, so we will put the GM's with the top 12 winning records in the A league and the others in the B league together with the new members. in future seasons, we will continue to reseed the leagues in this way to create more competition and incentive to stay in the A league, but at the same time allow newer or less experienced members to gain experience in the B league.

when signups are finished i'll create another thread that explains the rules and sets up the draft. but it will be basically similar to last year's Head-to-Head format.

oho! sabi ko na nga ba may mabubuhay pag fantasy season

kung kulang tayo sa 24 we'll allow some managers to have 2 teams (1 in each league). pero kung at least 24 ang interesado we'll limit it to 1 per para may chance naman yung mga baguhan....
