actually bro yun symptom ng shortness of breath naramdaman ko after a week (technically shorter dahil di naman full time) nun nag vape ako ulit. ngayon yun pod type nalang gamit ko sa bahay. pero ang target ko ngayon matigil both yosi and vape. since i really dont like vaping, and im trying to quit smoking iniba ko ang approach. i vape para mag iba panlasa ko sa yosi; ngayon from 1 rim a week naging 5 packs nalang.

in vaping, sometimes, one need not get tokhang'd. vape will do it.

in case we haven't noticed, vape can kill much much faster than traditional smoking.

1 rim a week? hindi ka nahihilo?

I usually smoke 4 sticks a night (very seldom sa araw) then vape in between sticks while heeding the call of nature after dinner.

Tapos na maliligayang araw ng vapers. Customs will not allow it. It will cause the prices to go up. Magiging parang illegal drug na yan.

IMO, I feel the gov’t is taking the right steps in banning these. Think of it, those vaping oils can easily be adulterated by adding cannabis oil, what more mixing shabu into it? It will be more of a headache for the FDA to test each product for licensing. These will be classified as drugs then.
Another thing is more political. We have the tobacco industry/farmers to think about. Tobacco should have been banned decades ago but it’s too late now. We can’t get ourselves into the same mess with Vaping Oils dba?

these are my thoughts.

the health harm of traditional smoking, are the carcinogenic effect and the lung tissue-destroying effect, of all that smoke. it takes many years for the effects to be manifest.

the health harm of vaping, comes from the various chemicals inside the vape mix. it irritates the lung tissue, causing a tissue reaction. this takes a much shorter time to occur. weeks or months...
