    When I used to do my 6 am cardio, sarap ng tulog ko parati. Crush would wake me up every day kaya I have motivation.

    not sure if his body clock adjustment is too slow for our tropical weather. he's been already here for 3 weeks!
    pero meron akong russian crew dati sa malaysia para sa isang drilling ship na puro disiplinado. parang meron akong isang company headed by a military colonel!

    most of the times we take turn to wake him up.
    wa epek sigurado ang manok na yan kasi kahit itaas ko ang kanyang dalawang paa tapos ibabagsak sa kama ay di pa rin magising!

    Wow. Even the kiliti method didnt work.
    Are you sure he sleeps once the lights are off? Baka di sya nakakatulog and around 3 or 4am na sya talaga nag dozeoff.

    What does the biological parent say? Normal ba na deep sleeper sya?

    i required him to be asleep latest at 9pm but usually he's telling me that he's asleep at 9:30pm.
    madali lang syang makatulog. kahit yung 30 mins na byahe namin ay nakakatulog sya.

    What time did you wake up? Ako 4 na nakatulog tapos nagising ng 10:30

    Hindi rin ako nakakatulog sa Milk tea at Iced Tea kaya I avoid it in the afternoon pa lang
